摘要
介绍了新版SY/T 5670—2018《石油和液体石油产品交接计量规程》标准的修订背景和主要技术变化,对比分析了该标准与1993版标准关键技术条款的差异。解析了主要修订条款、修改公式、修改参数的前后变化及其含义,并增加了部分密度测量仪表及其技术性能的要求,给出了液位、密度、温度等测量过程中影响准确度因素的解决方法。
The revision background and main technical changes of the new edition SY/T 5670-2018 "Regulations for handover metrology of Petroleum and Liquid Petroleum Products" are introduced. The differences in the key technical clauses between the new edition and the previous edition of the standard are compared and analyzed. The main amendment clauses, formulas, changes of parameters and their meanings are analyzed. Some density measuring instruments and their technical performance requirements are added. Solutions to the factors affecting accuracy in the measurement process of liquid level, density and temperature are given.
