摘要
[目的]筛选烟草菌核病的防治药剂。[方法]采用生长速率法测定11种杀菌剂对烟草菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)的室内毒力;5种抑菌效果好的药剂采用茎叶喷雾法进行田间防效试验。[结果] 400g/L嘧霉胺悬浮剂、46%多·春·氟吡菌酰胺可湿性粉剂、20%腈菌唑乳油、25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂、50%春雷·多菌灵可湿性粉剂对烟草菌核病菌毒力强,其EC50值均<0.001mg/L;5种杀菌剂田间防效达50.53%~83.35%,其中20%腈菌唑乳油田间防效达83.35%。[结论]20%腈菌唑乳油可以作为有效药剂开展烟草菌核病的防治。
[Aims] This study aims to screen out chemical fungicides for control of tobacco sclerotinia rot caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. [Methods] The indoor toxicity of 11 fungicides against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was determined by mycelial growth rate method, then 5 kinds of fungicides had the better antibacterial effect by means of stem spraying method in field. [Results] The EC50 values of pyrimethanil 400 g/L SC, carbendazim·kasugamycin·fluopyram 46% WP,myclobutanil 20% EC, azoxystrobin 25% SC, kasugamycin·carbendazim 50% WP were lower than 0.001 mg/L. The field control effect showed that 5 fungicides were 50.53-83.35%, myclobutanil 20% EC was better with control effect of83.35%. [Conclusions] Myclobutanil 20% EC can be used for controlling tobacco sclerotinia rot in field.
