摘要
目的研究阿达帕林凝胶联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗轻、中度寻常型痤疮的效果。方法将我院收治的260例轻、中度寻常型痤疮患者根据治疗方案不同分为研究组和对照组,各130例。对照组给予阿达帕林凝胶治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合ALA-PDT疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗2、4、6周后,两组面部皮损创面评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,痊愈患者的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗结束后,两组痤疮症状、自我感知、情感功能及社会功能评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿达帕林凝胶联合ALA-PDT疗法治疗轻、中度寻常型痤疮能显著降低患者面部皮损程度,增强疗效,改善预后效果,减少复发,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To study the effect of adapalene gel combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) on mild and moderate acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 260 patients with mild and moderate acne vulgaris admitted in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment schemes, with 130 cases in each group.The control group was treated with adapalene gel, and the study group was treated with ALA-PDT therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment, the scores of facial lesions in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate of the cured patients was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of acne symptoms, self-perception, emotional function and social function in both groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Adapalene gel combined with ALA-PDT therapy on mild and moderate acne vulgaris can reduce the degree of facial lesions, enhance the curative effect, improve the prognosis and reduce the recurrence of acne vulgaris, with high safety.
