摘要
针对后处理结构对尿素结晶的影响进行研究,提出了混合器与系统管路两个方面的优化措施。通过计算机仿真计算与分析,得出最佳方案,并通过发动机台架试验进行验证,以达到在不做其它优化的条件下,完全消除尿素结晶的目的。
The effect of the after-treatment system on urea crystallization for diesel vehicles was studied.The optimization measures for the mixer and the pipeline were put forward. Through computer simulation and analysis, the best scheme was chosen. The engine bench test was carried out to verify that the proposed optimization scheme can eliminate the urea crystallization completely.
