摘要
从纺纱设备、配套设施、纺纱车间三个层面,以经纬智能纺织机械有限公司目前的技术方案为例,探讨纺纱智能化的发展现状和未来趋势,并预测了未来纺织行业对智能化生产的软硬件需求。指出:随着科技更新速度的加快,应用技术难度和经济成本的降低,以高度智能化的技术方案取代人工来保证生产流程是纺织产业发展的必然趋势。认为:作为纺织机械研发制造企业,能够给纺织企业提供适宜的个性化、智能化技术方案,是推动自身和行业智能化发展的基本要求。
The development status and future trend of spinning intellectualization was discussed from three levels as spinning equipment,auxiliary facilities and spinning workshop.And the current technology scheme of our company was taken as an example.The software and hardware requirements on intelligent production in future textile industry were predicted.It was pointed out that the replacement of highly intelligent technology scheme with human labor to ensure the production process was the inexorable trend in textile industry as the increase of the update speed on science&technology and the decrease of application technology difficulties and the economic cost.It is considered that the offering suitable individuation&intellectualization technology schemes to the textile enterprises is the basic requirement to promote self and industrial intellectualization development for the development and manufacturing enterprises of textile machines.
