临盘油田大斜度及复杂定向井钻井液工艺技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对临盘油田大斜度及复杂定向井钻井过程中易发生井下阻卡问题,研发出两套聚合物防塌润滑钻井液,并制定详细配套工艺技术。该技术已在临盘油田35口大斜度及复杂定向井现场应用,较好解决了大斜度及复杂定向井易出现的井下托压、井壁垮塌等技术难题,使得井下阻卡大幅降低,施工的大斜度及复杂定向井井径较规则,重点封固段平均井径扩大率≤10%,电测一次成功率达到94.29%,平均机械钻速达到22.64m/h,取得良好的经济效益,值得在该油田推广应用。 In view of the downhole blocking problem which is easy to occur in the drilling process of high slope and complex directional wells in Linpan Oilfield, two sets of polymer anti-sloughing lubrication drilling fluid are developed, and the detailed matching technology is developed. This technology has been applied in 35 highly inclined and complex directional wells in Linpan Oilfield, which has solved the technical problems such as downhole pressure and wellbore collapse, easily to occur in high inclination and complex directional wells, and greatly reduce the downhole resistance. The construction of high slope and complex directional well diameter is more regular, the average diameter expansion rate of key sealing section is less than 10%, the success rate of electric measurement is 94.29%, the average penetration rate is 22.64m/h, and good economic benefits are obtained. So it is worth popularizing and applying in this oil field.
