摘要
高邮市2011年被列为江苏省水利现代化试点县,根据高邮市水利发展现状、社会经济发展布局对水利现代化的现实需求,构建了高邮市水利现代化六大指标体系。本文通过对指标体系的构建分析,回顾了高邮市近年来水利现代化建设的进程,分析了在推进高邮市水利现代化建设中存在的问题,提出了今后工作的重点目标和"河湖安澜、清水畅流、节水高效、管理创新"的美好愿景。
Gaoyou was listed as a pilot county of water conservancy modernization in Jiangsu Province in 2011. The six index systems of water conservancy modernization in Gaoyou are established according to water conservancy development status as well as social and economic development layout on water conservancy modernization in Gaoyou. The author reviews the progress of water conservancy modernization construction in Gaoyou in recent years through construction and analysis of index system. He analyzes the problems existing in the promotion of water conservancy modernization construction in Gaoyou City, and puts forward the key objectives for future work and the bright vision of “river and lake safety, clean water flow, water saving and high efficiency as well as management innovation”.
