摘要
针对光纤光栅解调过程中拟合算法优化选取问题,基于自行研制的光纤光栅解调系统,研究高斯拟合算法与三次样条插值算法对该系统解调精度的影响。实验结果表明,两种算法解调精度都很高,三次样条插值算法运算简单,速度更快,在动态拟合中更有优势。经过数字低通滤波与三次样条插值后,解调系统对于应变检测精度可达10με,线性拟合系数在0.999以上。
This paper tries to find the optimal fitting algorithm for the demodulation of the FBG sensor. Therefore,here Gaussian fitting algorithm and cubic spline interpolation algorithm are studied for demodulation. Experiment results suggest both of them have good demodulation accuracy. However,the cubic spline interpolation algorithm is simple,faster and more appropriate for dynamic fitting. After digital low-pass filtering and cubic spline interpolation,the demodulation system can achieve a deformation detection accuracy of 10 με,and the linear fitting coefficient is above 0.999.
