摘要
提出了一种基于虚拟相控阵列的气体泄漏成像方法,能够实现气体泄漏源的可视化定位。该方法首先利用扫描传感器分时采集泄漏源产生的声波信号,然后采用互功率谱和虚拟阵列信号处理技术对泄漏源进行定位。通过仿真讨论了各种因素对定位成像精度的影响,其中包括传感器的数量和阵元间距。在实验平台上进行气体泄漏源的检测和成像实验,验证了该方法的可行性和精确性。结果表明,该方法能够准确可靠地对气体泄漏源进行可视化成像。
This paper presents a gas leakage imaging detection method based on virtual phased array which can realize the visualization of gas leakage source location. The acoustic signals generated by the leak hole are collected by the scanning sensor. Cross-power spectrum and virtual array signal processing technology are used to locate the leakage source. The impacts of various factors on the performance of the localization technique are simulated,compared and discussed,including the number of sensors and spacing between adjacent sensors. Experiments were carried out on a laboratory-scale test rig to assess the feasibility and accuracy of this method. The experimental results suggest that the proposed method can provide visual localization of the gas leakage source accurately and reliably and has a wide application prospect.
