机械锁紧装置中凸轮机构分析及优化设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对现有机械锁紧装置中凸轮机构存在的刚性冲击问题进行优化设计.首先,分析原凸轮机构的运动过程并建立从动件的位移、速度、加速度方程,提出利用五次多项式曲线对该机构进行优化;然后,通过建立凸轮机构的三维模型,在机械系统动力学自动分析(ADAMS)中,对凸轮机构进行运动学和动力学仿真.结果表明:从动件的加速度大幅减小,机构刚性冲击消除;这类凸轮机构从动件存在运动不确定的现象,并指出运动不确定现象所在的位置. Cam mechanism in mechanical locking device was optimized to solve the rigid impact problem. First, the motion process of the cam mechanism was analyzed, and the equations of displacement, velocity and acceleration of the follower were established. The quintic polynomial curve was used to optimize the mechanism. Then, the kinematics and dynamics simulation was carried out in automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS) by establishing the three-dimensional model of the cam mechanism. The optimization results show that the acceleration of the follower decreased greatly and the rigid impact of the mechanism was eliminated, and the follower of this kind of cam mechanism has motion uncertainty, and its location was detected.
