摘要
铁路是我国交通运输的主力军,是大众出行的重要选择。客运站是直接为旅客提供服务的主要场所,列车大面积晚点、火灾、暴恐等突发事件,威胁旅客生命财产安全。因此车站安全监测工作是保障客运站正常安全运作的重中之重。本文针对车站安全应急业务领域,围绕车站应急指挥与管理业务,开展了车站安全监测的影响因素分析研究,梳理了与此相关的业务信息,构建了车站安全状态评价指标体系,设计了车站安全监测与预警系统,为车站安全提供科学的监测手段。
Railway is the major force of transportation in China and the most popular way to get around for the masses. Station is the important place to provide service for passengers directly, the passenger’s safety would under threat, when train delayed, conflagration and terrorist attack happened. Therefore, the station safety monitoring work is the most important thing to ensure the normal and safe operation of passenger station. In this paper, we carry out the research on influencing factors of station safety monitoring, sorted out the relevant business information, construct the evaluation index system of station safety state, and design the Station Security Monitoring and Warning System for station safety emergency business field and emergency command and management business. It provide scientific monitoring tools for the station safety.
