抑郁症与焦虑症内分泌及单胺类递质水平对比 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究与分析抑郁症与广泛性焦虑症患者内分泌及单胺类递质水平的对比。方法选取我院自2016年10月—2018年10月收治的抑郁症患者56例与广泛性焦虑症患者52例作为研究对象。对比两组患者的HAMD及HAMA量表评分、内分泌及单胺类递质水平。结果与抑郁症组比较,广泛焦虑症组患者的HAMD评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。抑郁症组与广泛焦虑症组患者的HAMA评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。与抑郁症组比较,广泛焦虑症组患者的CS水平较高,ACTH水平较低,EPH水平较低,NE较低,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论抑郁症与广泛性焦虑症患者中均存在着不同程度的内分泌及单胺类递质水平的差异。 Objective To explore and analyze the comparison of endocrine and monoamine neurotransmitters in patients with depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Methods 56 patients with depression and 52 patients with generalized anxiety disorder admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. The HAMD and HAMA scale scores, endocrine and monoamine transmitter levels were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the depression group, the HAMD score of the generalized anxiety disorder group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in HAMA score between depression group and general anxiety group(P>0.05). Compared with the depression group, the CS level was higher, ACTH level was lower, EPH level was lower, NE level was lower in the generalized anxiety group, and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion There are different degrees of endocrine and monoamine transmitter levels in patients with depression and generalized anxiety disorder.
