快速康复理念应用于老年无张力疝修补术围术期护理的效果分析被引量：3

摘要目的探讨快速康复理念应用于老年无张力疝修补术围术期护理的效果。方法根据护理方法不同将72例接受无张力疝修补术的老年腹股沟疝患者分为2组,每组36例。围手术期间对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施快速康复护理。结果观察组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及对护理工作的总满意率等指标均优于(高于)对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念应用于老年无张力疝修补术围术期护理,可降低术后并发症的发生率,促进患者术后恢复,提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。
