摘要
长江南京以下12. 5 m深水航道二期工程仪征水道整治工程基床整平具有水深、流速大、能见度低、工程量小的特点,现有的整平方法无法满足施工要求。自主研发水下基床自动化整平装备,通过总体结构设计、自动化整平控制系统研发、自动化整平施工工艺研究和工程应用,实现复杂水文环境下水下基床自动化整平施工。该装备整平精度高、施工效率高、综合成本低,具有广泛的应用前景。
The foundation bed leveling for the second phase of Yizheng waterway regulation project of the deep-water channel 12.5 m below the Yangtze River of Nanjing is characterized by deepwater,large flow velocity,low visibility and small amount.The existing bed leveling methods cannot meet the construction requirements.We develop the underwater bed automatic leveling equipment.Through the design of general structure,the development of automatic leveling control system,the research of automatic leveling construction process and the application of practical project,the equipment realizes underwater bed automatic leveling construction in the complex hydrological environment.This equipment is characterized by high leveling accuracy,high construction efficiency,low cost and broad application prospects.
