摘要
本文对密闭式工业计算机的散热设计进行了介绍,分析了影响设备温度的因素,阐述了密闭式工业计算机散热的设计要点,使用热仿真软件ANSYSIcepak对其进行了仿真模拟,并提出了一种新型密闭式工业计算机散热方案,平衡了散热能力与重量的矛盾,优化了整机散热器的结构参数。仿真结构表明,新型散热方案比传统散热方案降低了26.67℃,显著地提高了整机的散热效率,使得密闭式工业计算机运行的更加可靠、安全。
This paper introduces the heat dissipation design of closed industrial computer,analyzes the factors affecting the temperature of the equipment,and expounds the design essentials of the heat dissipation of the closed industrial computer.It is simulated by the thermal simulation software ANSYS Icepak.A new type of closed industrial computer cooling solution is proposed,which balances the contradiction between heat dissipation capacity and weight,and optimizes the structural parameters of the whole machine radiator.The simulation structure shows that the new heat dissipation scheme is 26.67°C lower than the traditional heat dissipation scheme,which significantly improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the whole machine,making the closed industrial computer run more reliable and safe.
