鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)三联灭活疫苗(La Sota株+TJ株+HY株)抗体产生期和免疫持续期试验 被引量:6

摘要 以实验室制备的3批制品各经颈部皮下接种7日龄和21日龄SPF鸡,7日龄鸡于免疫后7、11、14、21、28d及1、2和3个月;21日龄鸡于免疫后7、11、14、21、28d及1、2、3、4和5个月时采血,分离血清,分别测定免疫鸡血清中鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感(H9亚型)病毒和禽腺病毒抗体效价。试验结果表明,实验室3批制品免疫7日龄SPF鸡后,免疫后11d鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感(H9亚型)产生抗体,21~28d时3种病毒抗体均达到抗体高峰,高峰期持续至免疫后1个月,免疫后3个月下降到有效保护标准以下。三联疫苗免疫21日龄SPF鸡,免疫后11d鸡新城疫病毒、禽流感(H9亚型)产生抗体,针对3种病毒的抗体在免疫后21~28d达到抗体高峰,高峰期持续至免疫后2个月,免疫后3个月开始下降,免疫后5个月下降到有效保护标准以下。因此,鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)三联灭活疫苗(La Sota株+TJ株+HY株)免疫<2周龄的鸡免疫持续期为2个月,免疫>2周龄的鸡免疫持续期为4个月。 The three batches of products prepared in the laboratory were inoculated with 7 and 21 day-old SPF chickens under the neck.7 and 21 day-old inoculated chickens were collected blood and separated serum after 7,11,14,21,28 days,one,two,three months,21 day-old inoculated chickens were collected blood and separated serurm after 7,11,14,21,28 days,one,two,three,four and five months respectively.The antibody titer of Newcastle disease virus,avian flu(H9 subtype)and Avian adenovirus(groupⅠ,type4)were tested.Test results show that Newcastle disease virus and avian flu(H9 subtype)antibodies of 7 day-old SPF chickens beginning at 11 days after inoculated and at peak at 21 to 28 days.The peak lasted one month and dropped to under effective protection standards after 3 months.Newcastle disease virus and avian flu(H9 subtype)antibodies of 21 day-old SPF chickens beginning at 11 days after inoculated and three kind of antibody at peak at 21 to 28 days.The peak lasted two month and dropped to under effective protection standards after five months.Therefore,the inactivated vaccines immune chicken under two-week-day,the Immune duration of was two months and immune chicken above two-week-day,the Immune duration of was four months.
