摘要
传统公路产业以实现转型升级为目的,通过产业-融资相结合,进行资本运作,运用提高直接融资比重、变存量债务为增量资产、有效降低融资成本、合理降低资产负债率、建立公路产业“基金池”的方法,可以迅速提高产业集中度。以资产经营带动生产经营,围绕市场需求和投资方向,建立公路产业实体与资本市场的精准对接,从而提升产业层次,拉长产业链条,形成新的全产业链发展模式。
The traditional road industry aims to achieve transformation and upgrading,and through industryfinancing,capital operations were carried out.By increasing the proportion of direct financing,changing the stock of debt into incremental assets,reducing the cost of financing and the ratio of assets to liabilities effectively,as well as establishing a "fund pool" for the highway industry,we can quickly increase the degree of industrial concentration and production.Based on the market demand and investment direction,the paper establishes the precise connection between the highway industry entity and the capital market,so as to raise the industrial level,lengthen the industrial chain,and form a new mode of development of the entire industrial chain.
