输电网络绝缘子表面污秽及干冰清洗技术研究 被引量:2

Research on the Surface Contamination and Dry Ice Cleaning Technology of Insulators on Transmission Network for Composite Insulators

摘要 先进行干冰清洗系统集成,随后分析线路上收集的污垢成分及精细结构,获取不同环境中污垢的差异。采用人工涂污方法模拟不同污秽程度的绝缘子,在不同参数下进行干冰清洗污秽实验,系统地研究压缩空气压力、质量流量等参数对干冰清洗效果的影响,获取干冰清洗绝缘子的最佳参数范围。通过测试现场清洗后的绝缘子性能,研究干冰清洗对绝缘子性能的影响。试验结果表明,人工涂污方法可以较好地模拟实际的绝缘子污垢情况。经干冰清洗陶瓷绝缘子表面未出现明显损伤,硅橡胶复合材料绝缘子表面绝缘性能未发现明显下降,干冰清洗能够有效地去除绝缘子表面的污秽,提高硅橡胶表面的憎水性能;在合理的清洗参数条件下,干冰清洗可以快速去除各类绝缘子的表面污垢。 In this paper,the dry ice cleaning system was integrated firstly,and then the composition and fine structure of dirt collected from the transmission network were analyzed to obtain the difference of dirt in different environments.Artificial contamination method was used to simulate insulators with different contamination degree,and then dry ice cleaning experiments were carried out under different parameters.The effects of compressed air pressure,mass flow and other parameters on dry ice cleaning effect were systematically studied,and the optimum parameters range of dry ice cleaning insulators was obtained.The hydrophobicity test and electrical insulation performance test were carried out to study the influence of dry ice cleaning process on insulators.The test results show that the artificial fouling method can simulate the actual insulator fouling very well.After dry ice cleaning,there is no obvious damage on the surface of ceramic insulator,and no significant decrease in the surface insulation performance of silicone rubber composite insulator is found,and so dry ice cleaning can effectively remove the surface contamination of insulators and improve the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber.In the meantime,dry ice cleaning can quickly remove the surface dirt of all kinds of insulators under reasonable cleaning parameters.
