摘要
目的探讨含气不良颞骨蜂房对声音传导的影响。方法构建含气和不含气组Ⅰ~Ⅲ级气化颞骨血管性耳鸣模型各1个,固定传导至鼓室声音响度,对比乙状窦沟侧施加声音大小。结果分别施加125~8000 Hz的7种频率,Ⅰ级气化且含气模型施加声音强度分别是46.1、46.2、45.4、46.5、68.5、55.6和84.2 dB HL;不含气模型施加声音强度分别是>91.6、80.6、>91.6、91.2、83.3、>91.6和>91.6 dB HL。Ⅱ级气化且含气模型施加声音强度分别是40.8、41.0、40.2、41.0、40.8,56.7和74.7 dB HL;不含气模型施加声音强度分别是>91.6、>91.6、84.0、88.6、82.1、>91.6和75.1 dB HL。Ⅲ级气化且含气模型施加声音强度分别是51.3、51.6、45.8、57.9、61.0、81.0和82.9 dB HL;不含气模型施加声音强度分别是>91.6、82.6、83.1、85.8、90.6、>91.6和>91.6 dB HL。结论与含气颞骨蜂房相比,含气不良颞骨蜂房对声音传导的衰减作用更加明显。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of temporal bone cells without air on sound transmission. METHODS Realistic object simulation models were developed using temporal cadaveric head specimens,including air in cells and no air in cells of temporal bone in different pneumatized group respectively. The inputted sound intensities were compared by fixing sound intensity transmitted to the middle ear. RESULTS When the received sound in the middle ear was fixed as 34 dB HL,with increased sound frequencies(125,250,500,1000,2000,4000 and 8000 Hz),the inputted sound intensities were 46.1,46.2,45.4,46.5,68.5,55.6,and 84.2 dB HL in model with air in cells,and>91.6,80.6,>91.6,91.2,83.3,>91.6 and>91.6 dB HL in model without air in cells of Ⅰdegree pneumatized group. The inputted sound intensities were 40.8,41.0,40.2,41.0,40.8,56.7 and 74.7 dB HL in model with air in cells,and >91.6,>91.6,84.0,88.6,82.1,>91.6 and 75.1 dB HL in model without air in cells of Ⅱ degree pneumatized group. The inputted sound intensities were 51.3,51.6,45.8,57.9,61.0,81.0 and 82.9 dB HL in model with air in cells,and>91.6,82.6,83.1,85.8,90.6,>91.6 and >91.6 dB HL in model without air in cells of Ⅲ degree pneumatized group. CONCLUSION Compared with air in cells of temporal bone,sound intensity was reduced obviously when sound transmitted though temporal bone without air in cells.
