摘要
振动筛在筛分过程中表现出随机性,这种随机性使得1次仿真实验得到的结果缺乏足够的可信度。离散单元法(DEM)广泛应用于模拟振动筛的筛分过程,为了提高仿真结果的可信度,将1个参数组合进行多次实验得到的离散数据进行稳定性检验和正态性检验,结果表明在进行50次实验之后数据类型平稳且符合正态分布,抽取容量为30的样本可得到1个误差率低于0.5%的筛分效率均值,用置信区间对筛分效率进行描述,可以更加准确的反映筛分效率的真实情况。
The screening processof Vibrating screen is random. This randomness makes the result of one simulation lack enough credibility. The discrete element method ( DEM) is widely used to simulate the sieving process of the vibrating screen. In order to improve the reliability of the simulation results, to repeat a number of experiments with a combination of parameters. The discrete data obtained by the experiment are used for stability and normality test. The results show that the data is stable and conforms to normal distribution after 50 experiments. A sample with a capacity of 30 can obtain a screening efficiency with an error rate of less than 0. 5%, and a confidence interval is used to describe the sieving efficiency, which can more accurately reflect the actual situation of the screening efficiency.
