摘要
传统的质量观念的核心在于保障电子产品不出现质量问题,质量活动着重于事后把关,而"先进质量观"认为应在产品全生命周期开展质量提升,以质量引领企业发展,这与产业高质量发展相契合。从我国与制造强国电子信息产业的差距出发,结合质量为先的理念,提出了以"先进质量观"指导我国电子信息产业高质量发展的观点,对于促进我国电子信息产业的高质量发展具有重要的意义。
The core of the traditional quality concept is to ensure that there are no quality problems in electronic products,and the quality activities focus on the post examination.And in"advanced quality concept",it is believed that quality should be promoted throughout the product life cycle,and quality should guide the development of the enterprise,which is in line with the high-quality development of the industry.Starting from the gap between our country and the manufacturing power in electronic information industry,and combining the concept of quality first,the idea of"advanced quality concept"is proposed to guide the high-quality development of electronic information industry of our country,which is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of electronic information industry of our country.
