摘要
目的探究对静脉麻醉超声支气管镜引导下经支气管针吸活检(EBUS-TBNA)术患者的精准护理。方法选取2016年8月～2018年8月我院收治的153例在静脉麻醉超声支气管镜引导下行经支气管针吸活检(EBUS-TBNA)术的患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组76例行常规护理,观察组77例行精准护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组手术所需时间[(34.19±7.15)min]、麻醉苏醒时间[(4.65±1.32)min]、取材满意率(100.00%)均明显高于对照组手术所需时间[(17.38±8.55)min]、麻醉苏醒时间[(12.70±0.75)min]、取材满意率(73.68%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组对护理服务的满意率(98.70%)明显高于对照组(72.36%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论精准护理在静脉麻醉超声支气管镜引导下经支气管针吸活检(EBUS-TBNA)术的患者的护理中有重要意义,对手术时间及麻醉时间均有缩短,提高了医生及患者的满意率。
Objective To explore the precise nursing of patients undergoing ultrasonic bronchoscope guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) with intravenous anesthesia. Methods 153 patients undergoing ultrasonic bronchoscope guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) with intravenous anesthesia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.76 patients in the control group were given routine nursing while 77 patients in the observation group were given precise nursing.Nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The operation time [(34.19±7.15)min],anesthesia recovery time [(4.65±1.32)min] and the satisfaction rate of sampling (100.00%) in the observation group were significantly higher than [(17.38±8.55) min],[(12.70±0.75)min] and (73.68%) in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing services in the observation group (98.70%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.36%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Precise nursing is of great significance in the nursing of patients undergoing ultrasonic bronchoscope guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) with intravenous anesthesia.It can shorten the operation time and anesthesia time and improve the satisfaction rate of doctors and patients.
