摘要
民族传统体育文化保护是一件利国利民的大事。为更好实现民族传统体育文化保护,有必要诉诸于法律手段。在对我国民族传统体育文化生存困境进行阐述的基础上,简要分析我国民族传统体育文化保护的立法现状。最后,针对当前实际情况,对我国民族传统体育文化保护提出立法建议:尽快出台《民族传统体育文化保护法的实施细则》;尽快出台地方性民族传统体育文化保护条例。
The protection of national traditional sports culture is a matter of great benefit to the country and people. It is necessary to resort to legal means in order to realize the protection of national traditional sports culture better. On the basis of explaining the survival predicaments of China’s national traditional sports culture, this paper analyzes the legislative status quo of the protection of national traditional sports culture briefly. Finally, in view of the current actual situation, it puts forward legislative proposals for the protection of national traditional sports culture to issue Rules for the Implementation of the Law on the Protection of National Traditional Sports Culture as soon as possible and to promulgate the local regulations on the protection of national traditional sports culture as soon as possible.
