摘要
为了加强我院耗材的管理力度,节约库存占用资金,提高采购人员与使用人员的满意度,本研究优化了我院耗材的采购流程。以高值耗材采购为例,本文首先分析我院原有采购流程存在的问题,然后在高值医用耗材管理程序中对采购流程直接进行优化。优化后的采购流程,不仅能够降低高值耗材库存占用资金,提高采购人员与使用人员的满意度,而且能够实现高值耗材的流程追溯,实现了我院医用耗材采购过程的精细化管理。
In order to strengthen the management of high-value consumables in our hospital, save the capital of inventory, and improve the satisfaction of buyers and users, the procurement process of high-value consumables in our hospital was optimized in this study. Take the procurement of high-value consumables as an example, the existing problems in our original procurement process were analyzed in this paper firstly. Then the procurement process was optimized directly in the management procedure of high-value medical consumables. The optimized procurement process can not only reduce the capital occupied by high-value consumables inventory, improve the satisfaction of the purchasers and users, but also realize the traceability of high-value consumables process.The management of medical consumables procurement process in our hospital has been realized.
