摘要
目的为避免腹膜透析患者换液时发生感染,研制一种腹膜透析双联系统"Y"形管保护套。方法便腹膜透析双联系统"Y"形管保护套的制作材料为硬质塑料,由半扣件、通孔、海绵、延长壁、卡扣组成。选取2016年12月至2017年11月在我科首次进行腹透置管的120例患者为研究对象,探讨该"Y"形管保护套地临床应用效果。结果使用该装置可显著减少腹膜炎和出口处感染地发生,防止了用力不当引起的管路脱落,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该"Y"形管保护套具有使用方便、结构简单、造价低廉、符合无菌要求、减少感染的优点,具有良好的临床使用前景。
Objective In order to avoid infection of patients with peritoneal dialysis during exchanging dialysis fluid, a "Y" type tube protective sleeve was developed for twin-bag peritoneal dialysis system. Methods The "Y" type tube protective sleeve of the twin-bag peritoneal dialysis system was made of hard plastic material, and consisted of half fasteners, hole,sponge, extension wall and card buckle. From December 2016 to November 2017, a total of 120 patients who underwent the first peritoneal catheterization in our department were selected as the research objects. The clinical application effect of the "Y" type tube protective sleeve was investigated. Results The device could significantly reduce the occurrence of peritonitis and outlet infection, and prevent the pipeline from falling off due to improper exertion, compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The "Y" type tube protective sleeve has the advantages of convenient use, simple structure, and low cost, which can meet the requirements of sterility and reducing infection, and has a good clinical application prospect.
