摘要
在城市化建设过程中,我国城市规模逐渐扩大,与农村相比,城市中的人口密度增加,经济发展较快,这使得城市中的治安形势越来越复杂。而对于农村来说,经济发展速度缓慢,人员居住稀疏,这又导致了治安管理工作无法集中进行。面对这种社会发展的新形势,提出了建设公安视频监控系统的发展措施。本文首先分析了视频监控系统的作用,然后探讨公安视频监控系统的发展现状及其在建设与应用中存在的问题,最后提出在新形势下建设和应用公安视频监控系统的策略,以期加强我国治安管理水平,促进社会和谐、稳定发展。
In the process of urbanization construction, the scale of cities in China is gradually expanding. Compared with rural areas, the population density in cities is increasing and the economic development is faster, which makes the security situation in cities more and more complex. For the rural areas, the slow economic development and sparse residence of people lead to the impossibility of centralized public security management. Faced with the new situation of social development, this paper put forward the development measures of constructing police video surveillance system. This paper first analysed the role of video surveillance system, then discussed the current situation of the development of police video surveillance system and the problems existing in its construction and application,and finally put forward the strategies of building and applying police video surveillance system under the new situation, in order to strengthen the level of public security management in China and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
