摘要
金属网布优质筛管在不同储层黏土含量下,其不同筛管类型将对挡砂效果和油井产能产生影响。为了对现场各类金属网布优质筛管进行优选评价,采用自行研制的挡砂驱替模拟实验装置,对三种筛管试样在不同黏土含量下进行挡砂驱替实验。分析了三种筛管的堵塞规律,并基于实验数据,结合筛管的抗堵塞性、挡砂性和流通性指标的计算方法,系统地评价了三种筛管的抗堵塞性能、挡砂性能和流通性能。综合评价结果表明:金属网布高级优质筛管流通性和抗堵塞性整体较高;高级优质筛管I型流通性和抗堵塞性整体偏低,挡砂性较高;高级优质筛管II型的三项指标较为均衡。当黏土含量为5%和10%时,高级优质筛管II型综合性能最优;当黏土含量为15%时,金属网布高级优质筛管综合性能最优。
Under different reservoir clay contents,different metal mesh high-quality screen types will have an impact on sand retaining effect and oil well productivity. In order to make a preferred evaluation of various types of screens,using self-developed sand-retaining drive simulation experimental device,sand screen drive experiments were carried out on three types screens. The clogging rules of the three screens were analyzed. Based on the experimental data,combined with the anti-blocking performance,sand retaining performance and fluid performance index calculation method of the screen,the anti-blocking performance,sand-blocking performance and circulation performance of the three screens were systematically evaluated. The comprehensive evaluation results show that the metal mesh high-grade screen fluid performance and anti-clogging performance are higher overall;the high-quality screen tube type I fluid performance and anti-clogging performance are lower overall,the sand retaining property is higher;and the high-quality screen II compared with the first two types of screens,the fluid performance,sand retaining and anti-clogging performance are more balanced. When the clay content is 5% and 10%,the high-quality screen type II has the best comprehensive performance;when the clay content is 15%,the metal mesh high-quality screen has the best comprehensive performance.
