摘要
依据现行标准LY/T 1232—2015 《森林土壤磷的测定》,对土壤中全磷含量的测定方法进行了深入研究和探索,对样品前处理过程中的各个关键步骤进行了讨论和优化,并形成了一套方法,最终通过有证标准物质进行验证,取得了较为理想的实验结果。
By combining the existing standards:LY/T 1232-2015 Phosphorus Determination Methods of Forest Soils ,the determination method of total phosphorus content in soil is studied and explored in depth. The key steps in sample pretreatment are discussed and optimized. A set of methods have been formed which are finally verified by certified reference materials, and obtained the satisfactory results.
