摘要
目的探究流程化护理模式应用于恶性淋巴瘤靶向治疗的效果。方法此次实验对象全部选自2015年7月—2018年1月在本院进行靶向治疗92例恶性淋巴瘤患者,按照不同的护理方式分成实验组(n=46)和常规组(n=46),常规组患者使用一般护理,在此基础上实验组使用流程化护理模式,将两种护理效果分析对比。结果实验组和对照组在护理后SF-36评分和总护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论流程化护理模式应用恶性淋巴瘤靶向治疗的效果较好,可明显改善患者生活质量,并提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of flow-based nursing mode on targeted therapy of malignant lymphoma.Methods From July 2015 to January 2018,92 patients with malignant lymphoma received targeted therapy in our hospital.They were divided into experimental group (n =46) and conventional group (n =46) according to different nursing methods.Routine group was given general nursing,on this basis,the experimental group was given the flow nursing mode,the two kinds of nursing effects were analyzed and compared.Results The difference between the experimental group and the control group in the post-nursing SF-36 score and total nursing satisfaction was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The flow-through nursing model is effective in the application of targeted therapy for malignant lymphoma,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
