摘要
城市桥下空间的更新改造和活化利用直接关系到城市形象情怀、城市发展质量和城市现代化治理能力,因而备受社会关注。在梳理我国城市桥下空间功能开发与治理实践的基础上,分析存在的问题,并结合国外城市桥下空间开发与治理的先进经验,为我国城市桥下空间功能开发与治理提出建议。
The renovation and utilization of space under bridge in city is directly related to the image of the city, the quality of urban development and the governance capacity of urban modernization. As a result,they are highly concerned. This paper sorts out the practice of space development and management of under urban bridge in China,on the basis,analyzes the existed problems,combining advanced experience in the development and management of space functions under bridges in foreign cities,provides suggestions for the function development and governance of space under bridge in city in China.
