摘要
全科医学有其独特的诊疗思维方法,需要积极拓展与强化。本文通过分析我国目前全科医师规范化培训中在诊疗思维方法培训方面的不足,借鉴国内外新颖的方式方法,探索以培养全科医师的问题导向性诊疗思维为重点的新培训思路。然而,问题导向性诊疗思维只适用于社区慢病团队管理、家庭医师预约门诊等全科诊疗过程中,积极用于教学与临床的同时,仍需进一步思考与开拓思路。
General medicine has its unique clinical thinking method of diagnosis and treatment, which needs to be actively expanded and strengthened. By analyzing the deficiencies in the standardized residency training of general medicine in our country and drawing lessons from new ways and methods at home and abroad, this paper explored new ways of thinking focusing on training general practitioners' problem-oriented diagnosis and treatment thinking However, problem-oriented diagnosis and treatment thinking is only applicable to community chronic disease team management, family physician appointment and other general practice diagnosis and treatment process, while actively used in teaching and clinical, it still needs further thinking and developing new ideas.
