卡车运输在单斗铁道工艺露天矿的综合应用 被引量:2

摘要 抚顺东露天矿采用单斗-铁道工艺进行开采作业,从生产经验来看,对于北帮上部含水冲积层采用单一的铁道工艺进行开采时,因采区含水量大导致电铲站立地盘松软,铁路路基沉陷等造成电铲采装效率得不到有效发挥;采用单斗-铁道工艺进行端帮开采时,必须采取限方向捣装作业,因捣装作业过程繁杂,生产效率也大幅降低。实际生产作业中,设计采取卡车运输作为辅助工艺进行生产作业,通过近年实践经验看取得了较好的效果和经济效益。 Fushun East Open-pit Mine adopts single bucket railway technology to carry out mining operation.From the experience of production,a single railway technology is used for the mining of the upper water alluvium in the upper part of the northern slope.Because of the large water content in the mining area,the electric shovel stands soft on the standing floor,and the efficiency of the shovel production cannot be effectively brought into play by the subsidence of the railway.In the process of mining the end slope,the mine adopts the limited direction tamping operation,because the tamping operation process is complicated and the production efficiency is also greatly reduced.In the actual production operation,the truck transport is adopted as the auxiliary process to carry out the production operation,which achieve the good results and economic benefits through the practice experience in recent years.
