摘要
目的:研究用血生化检查诊断肝硬化的价值。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年5月中江县人民医院收治的50例肝硬化患者与同期在该医院进行体检的50例健康人作为研究对象。将其中50例肝硬化患者设为观察组(OBG组),将其中50例健康人设为对照组(REG组)。对两组研究对象均进行血生化检查,然后比较对其进行检查的结果,同时比较OBG组患者中轻度肝硬化患者与重度肝硬化患者的各项血生化指标。结果:OBG组患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、直接胆红素与丙氨酸氨基转移酶的水平均高于REG组健康人,其血清白蛋白、胆碱酯酶与总蛋白的水平均低于REG组健康人,P<0.05。在OBG组患者中,重度肝硬化患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、直接胆红素与丙氨酸氨基转移酶的水平均高于轻度肝硬化患者,其血清白蛋白、胆碱酯酶与总蛋白的水平均低于轻度肝硬化患者,P<0.05。结论:对肝硬化患者进行血生化检查对诊断其病情具有重要的参考价值,且有助于判断其病情的严重程度。
objective: to study the value of blood biochemical examination in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Methods: 50 cases of liver cirrhosis patients admitted to zhongjiang county people' s hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 and 50 cases of healthy people who underwent physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as research objects. Among them, 50 cases of cirrhosis were set as observation group (OBG group), and 50 cases of healthy people were set as control group (REG group). Blood biochemical tests were performed on the subjects of the two groups, and then the results of the tests were compared. Meanwhile, the blood biochemical indexes of patients with mild liver cirrhosis and those with severe liver cirrhosis in the OBG group were compared. Results: the levels of serum gammaglutamyl transferptidase, total bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase, direct bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase in the OBG group were all higher than those in the REG group, and the levels of serum albumin, cholinesterase and total protein in the OBG group were all lower than those in the REG group (P < 0.05). In OBG group of patients, patients with severe cirrhosis serum gamma GGTP (gamma glutamyl transpeptidase), total bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase and aspartate aminotransferase, direct bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase levels were higher than mild liver cirrhosis patients, the serum albumin, the level of cholinesterase and total protein was lower than that of mild liver cirrhosis patients, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the blood biochemical examination of the patients with liver cirrhosis has important reference value for the diagnosis of the disease, and is helpful to judge the severity of the disease.
