摘要
ISO/TS 22163:2017《铁路应用质量管理体系轨道交通组织业务管理体系要求:ISO9000:2015及其轨道交通领域应用的特定要求》是第1个国际铁路行业技术规范。这个技术规范在ISO9001:2015《质量管理体系要求》的基础上,针对铁路行业的特殊要求,进行了全面的补充和完善,尤其是对项目管理过程、产品和服务要求过程、设计和开发过程、外部提供的过程、生产和服务提供过程等5个关键过程提出全新的要求。这些关键过程直接关系到产品和服务的质量。通过对这些关键过程在实施中应该抓住的重点进行剖析,以期指导企业有重点地实施体系策划、制度设计、流程制定,进而确保产品和服务质量,以获得顾客满意。
ISO/TS 22163:2017 Railway Applications-Quality Management System-Business Management System Requirements for Rail Organizations:ISO 9000:2015 and Particular Requirements for Application in the Rail Sector is the first international technical specification for the railway industry. Based on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Manage. ment System-Requirements, in view of special requirements for the railway industry, the technical specification has been fully supplemented and improved,particularly,with brand-new requirements made for such five key pro. cesses as project management,product & service requirements,design & development,external supply and pro. duction & service supply. These key processes are directly related to the quality of products and services. By analyz. ing the key points to be addressed during the implementation of these key processes,it is expected to guide enterpris. es to carry out system planning,system design,process development with emphasis,thus guaranteeing the quality of products and services to attain customer satisfaction.
