多翼离心风机叶片的结构改型设计与试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究翼型叶片结构参数对多翼离心风机性能的影响,本文以某家用抽油烟机为研究对象,结合数值模拟和实验测量的方法,通过改变叶片弦长和相对弯度,对原风机进行改型设计。研究结果表明,适当增大叶片弦长和相对弯度,有利于提高翼型升阻比,减小蜗壳内旋涡区域。分析改进前后风机气动性能和噪声测试结果可知,叶片改型后风机性能得到明显提升,变弦长处理和变弯度处理后风机最大全压效率分别提高4%和5%,低频段平均降噪5.5dB和4.8dB。 In order to study the influence of airfoil blade structure parameters on the performance of multi-blades centrifugal fan, modification design of centrifugal fan by changing the blade chord length and relative camber degree is carried out. With the research of numerical simulation and experimental measurement method, the results show that increasing the chord length and relative camber of the blade is beneficial to increase the lift-drag ratio of the airfoil and the effective flow area. The performance of the modified fan is obviously improved after the performance and noise test, the maximum total pressure efficiency of the variable chord length and the variable camber treatment is increased by 4% and 5% respectively, and the noise of the low frequency section is reduced by 5.5dB and 4.8dB.
