不同植物生长激素对树莓硬枝扦插效果的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Plant Growth Hormone on Cutting Effect of Rubus corchorifolius Hardwood

摘要 为了探索出适合在我国北方地区树莓硬枝扦插中推广应用的植物生长激素类型及其浓度,开展了不同植物生长激素对树莓硬枝扦插效果的影响研究。结果表明:不同植物生长素的种类、浓度可不同程度地促使红树莓硬枝扦插的生根,诱导其根部的生长,提高扦插成活率;从生根情况分析,赤霉素以较低浓度效果较好,吲哚乙酸、ABT生根粉以中等浓度的效果为佳,萘乙酸以较高浓度的效果为佳;从成活率角度分析,赤霉素、萘乙酸以中等浓度的处理效果更好,吲哚乙酸50~200 mg·kg^(-1)的效果均比较好,生根率均超过了70%,萘乙酸、ABT生根粉以中等浓度的效果较好。 In order to explore the types & concentrations of plant growth hormone suitable for the hardwood cutting of Rubus corchorifolius in northern China, the effects of different plant growth hormones on the hardwood cutting effect of Rubus corchorifolius were studied. Result shows that the type & concentration of different auxin can promote the rooting of hardwood cuttings of Rubus corchorifolius , induce the growth of roots and increase the survival rate of cuttings. From the analysis of rooting conditions, gibberellin has optimal effect at lower concentration, indole-3-acetic acid and ABT. The effect of medium-concentration powder on medium concentration is optimal, and the effect of naphthalene acetic acid on higher concentration is optimal. From the perspective of survival rate, gibberellin and naphthalene acetic acid with moderate concentration have optimal treatment, the effect of 50-200 mg kg^-1 indole-3-acetic acid is optimal, the rooting rate is more than 70%, naphthalene acetic acid, ABT rooting powder with medium concentration can obtain the optimal effect.
