摘要
预警卫星面临着海量情报数据处理的任务需求,正确地评估其情报处理系统效能对分析预警卫星的探测能力具有重要意义。通过分析情报处理系统工作模式,依据效能评估准则和指标体系构建原则,从情报处理能力、目标检测能力、资源运用能力、系统服务能力4个方面构建了预警卫星情报处理系统的效能指标体系,并针对相应的各项指标构建了数学模型,为下一步预警卫星的整体评估工作奠定基础。
Early warning satellites are faced with the task requirements of massive intelligence data processing,and it is important to correctly evaluate the effectiveness of their intelligence processing system to analyze the detection capability of early warning satellites. Based on the analysis of the working principle of intelligence processing system,this paper constructs the performance index system of early warning satellite intelligence processing system from four aspects:intelligence processing ability,target detection ability,resource utilization ability and system service ability according to the principle of performance evaluation criterion and index system construction. And the mathematical model for the corresponding indexes,is constructed laying the foundation for the overall evaluation of the next warning satellite.
