摘要
目的了解和掌握巴中市蝇类密度及季节消长规律,为控制蝇类孳生、繁殖和蝇类防治提供科学依据。方法每年3—11月使用笼诱法对巴中市居民区、绿化带、农贸市场、餐饮外环境等不同环境的蝇密度进行监测。结果 2014—2017年共放置诱蝇笼540个,捕获蝇类3 190只,平均蝇密度为0.98只/(笼·h)。厩腐蝇是巴中市的优势蝇种,密度为0.36只/(笼·h),占捕蝇数的36.71%;不同环境蝇密度以餐饮外环境最高,达0.89只/(笼·h),占比36.18%;季节消长总体呈单峰曲线,高峰一般在6—9月,之后密度下降。结论基本掌握了巴中市蝇类密度、种群构成、季节消长情况。长期系统地对蝇类密度进行监测,为合理制定蝇类综合策略提供科学依据。
Objective To learn and master the flies density and seasonal fluctuation in Bazhong,and provide a foundation for fly control.Methods The species and density of flies in different environments in residential areas,greenbelts,farm produce markets and restaurants of Bazhong were monitored with cage luring method from March to November every year.Results A total of 540 cages were placed,and 3 190 flies were captured with the average density of 0.98 insects per cage per hour from 2013 to 2017.Muscina stabulans(36.71%) was the predominant species in Bazhong,and the density was 0.36 insects per cage per hour.The highest density of flies in different environments was found in the restaurants(0.89 insects per cage per hour),accounting for 36.18%.The seasonal fluctuation of flies was a single peak curve.The peak of flies activity usually took place from June to September.Conclusion Data were obtained for the basic information on flies density,species composition and seasonal fluctuation in Bazhong.The long term and systematic monitoring on fly density should be conducted to provide scientific basis for reasonable formulation of comprehensive prevention and control strategy.
