摘要
目的:评估食品药品监管干部教育培训远期培训效果。方法:利用柯氏评估模型,制定远期效果评估指标体系的内容,使用调查问卷等方式,从反应层效果、学习层效果、行为层效果和绩效层效果四个层面对培训的远期效果进行评估。结果:食品、药品监管干部教育培训对食品药品监管干部的工作提升有显著的作用。结论:食品药品监管干部教育培训工作要长期开展下去,并且需要从培训方式、时间、内容及授课形式、与基层衔接等方面加以改进,从而不断提升培训的远期效果。
Objective: To evaluate the long-term effect of education and training for food and drug supervision cadres. Methods:By using KOLs evaluation model,the content of the forward effect evaluation index system was formulated and the long-term effect of the training was evaluated from the following four levels,the effect of reaction layer,the effect of learning layer,the effect of behavior layer and the effect of result layer. Results: The education and training for food and drug supervision officers played a significant role in improving the work of food and drug supervision cadres. Conclusion: The education and training for food and drug supervision cadres should be carried out for a long time,and it needs to be improved from the aspects of training mode,time,content and teaching form,and connecting with grass-roots level,so as to improve the long-term effect of training.
