摘要
目的探讨分娩球配合自由体位助产在初产妇分娩中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2017年9月至2018年9月间收治的200例初产妇作为本次研究对象。通过随机分配法将产妇分为观察组与对照组,每组各100例。对照组产前予以常规指导,观察组予以分娩球配合自由体位助产,干预后对比两组产妇的产程时间、焦虑评分、SF-MPQ评分情况以及分娩的方式等。结果观察组产妇中,经阴道分娩91例(91.0%)、剖宫产9例(9.0%);观察组产妇剖宫产率对比对照组产妇显著更低,存在统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇第一产程时间、总产程相比对照组显著更低,存在统计意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产时VRS、VAS、PPI以及SAS量表的评分情况对比对照组均显著更低,存在统计意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩球配合自由体位助产在产妇产前的应用能有效地缩短产程时间、降低产妇的临床疼痛感并改善其情绪,具有降低剖宫产率的作用,该产前干预方法值得进行推广与临床应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of delivery ball combined with free posture midwifery in primipara. Methods 200 primiparas admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. The study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine guidance before delivery,and the observation group was given delivery ball with free position midwifery. After intervention,the process time,anxiety score,SF-MPQ score and delivery mode of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group,91 cases ( 91. 0%) were delivered through vagina,9 cases ( 9. 0%) were delivered by cesarean section,and the cesarean section rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the first stage of labor time and total stage of labor in the observation group were significantly lower ( P < 0. 05),and the scores of VRS,VAS,PPI and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of delivery ball combined with free posture midwifery can effectively shorten the duration of labor,reduce the clinical pain and improve the mood of parturients,and reduce the rate of cesarean section. This method of prenatal intervention is worthy of popularization and clinical application.
