摘要
食品营养与检测专业是以一门理论和实践教学相结合的专业,实践教学是培养食品营养与检测专业人才的重要内容。本文就高职院校食品营养与检测专业营养学课程项目实践教学中的重要问题进行分析探讨,对该专业的专业性人才的项目学习实践新型模式进行探索,旨在提高食品营养与检测专业营养学课程项目学习实践的效率,提升专业技能,为社会培养更专业的营养学人才。
Food Nutrition and Testing is a specialty which combines theory with practice. Practice teaching is an important part of training food nutrition and testing professionals. This paper analysed and discussed the important problems in the project practice teaching of food nutrition and Testing Specialty in Higher Vocational colleges, and put forward a new model of project learning and Practice for the specialty talents. The purpose of the new exploration is to improve the efficiency of nutrition course project learning and practice, enhance professional skills and train more professional nutrition talents for the society.
