摘要
从油气管道的常见失效形式出发,重点探讨了金属磁记忆技术在管道应力集中、早期疲劳损伤等微观缺陷及腐蚀、裂纹等宏观缺陷检测中的研究现状与发展趋势。在综述现有研究的基础上,指出磁记忆技术在管道检测中的优势和下一步的研究方向。
Starting with analyzing commonly-seen failure types of oil and gas pipelines, the research status and development trends of the metal magnetic memory technique applied in testing micro-defects including the stress concentration and early fatigue damage and the macro-defects including corrosion and cracks for pipelines were discussed. The advantages of magnetic memory technique in inspecting pipelines and its future research direction were also pointed out on the basis of the current research status at home and abroad.
