摘要
目的:观察和评价分析心晴指数问卷在脊柱外科围手术期患者心理状态的评价与应用效果。方法:选取2016年10月～2017年12月我院收治98例脊柱外科手术患者,随机等分为实验组和对照组各49例。实验组采用应用《心晴指数量表》筛查出轻、中、重度心理障碍的患者,并对其采取针对性的护理干预,对照组采用常规护理方法。观察两组患者护理前后训练依从度、心理状态以及患者对护理质量的满意度。结果:实验组患者护理后依从度较对照组明显升高(P <0. 05),实验组焦虑、抑郁发生少于对照组,患者对于护理质量的满意度明显高于对照组,均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:《心晴指数量表》可及早发现不良心理状态的患者,医护人员可根据心理障碍的程度给予针对性的护理,确保住院患者的良好心理状态,提高治疗配合依从性,缩短平均住院日,提高患者满意度,降低医疗运行风险,从而避免潜在的医疗纠纷。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the evaluation and application effect of Xinqing index questionnaire on the psychological status of patients with spine surgery.Methods:From October 2016 to December 2017,98 patients with spinal surgery were enrolled in our hospital,and 49 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was used to screen the patients with mild,moderate and severe mental disorders by using the index scale of Xinqing index,and to take targeted nursing intervention,and the control group adopted the routine nursing method,to observe the degree of compliance,psychological status and satisfaction of nursing quality between two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results:the experimental group patients after nursing compliance degrees higher than the control group obviously(P<0.05),the experimental group anxiety,depression,less than the control group,and satisfaction of patients for nursing care quality was obviously higher than that of control group,were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Xinqing index scale heart shine can be found as early as possible adverse psychological state of patients,medical staff according to the degree of psychological barriers to give corresponding nursing,ensure good psychological state of hospitalized patients,improve the treatment compliance,shorten the average such confinement,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the risk of medical operation,to avoid potential medical disputes.
