城市停车管理措施对市民出行方式选择的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Urban Parking Management Measures on Citizens' Choice of Travel Mode

摘要 为研究城市市民以通勤为目的的出行行为及其关键影响因素,设计SP(stated preference)出行意向问卷调查表,通过细致的调查获取不同出行情境下市民的出行方式选择数据。建立出行方式选择的无序多分类logistic回归模型,解析城市停车管理措施对市民出行方式选择的影响程度。结果表明,工作单位是否配备停车位和停车费对市民出行方式选择的影响显著。与工作单位未配备停车位的情况相比,工作单位配备停车位时市民更倾向于选择私家车出行;而随着停车费的提高,市民选择私家车出行的比例逐渐减少,选择地铁和公交出行的比例逐渐增加。研究结论可为城市停车管理措施制订提供理论支持,也可应用于城市停车规划与管理、停车收费定价及效果评价上。 Through the careful investigation into different citizens selection of travel mode, the stated preference survey is designed to explore the key factors of citizens commuting behavior.And multinomial logistic regression is used to establish the selection of travel mode to analyze the impact of urban parking management measures on the choice.The results show that whether the parking space is set in workplace or not, it is an important factor on influencing the citizens choice of travel as the parking fee.When the workplace is equipped with parking space, citizens are more likely to choose private car to travel.With the increase of parking fee, the proportion of the choice is decreasing, while the proportion of the choice of subway and bus is increasing.The conclusion could provide theoretical support for parking management measures, or be applied to urban parking planning and management, parking fee pricing and the evaluation of the effect.
