摘要
目的探讨预见性护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后护理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年6月至2018年6月我院收治的90例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组实施术后常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理干预。比较两组患者术后VAS、SAS、SDS评分、护理满意度并发症发生率。结果护理后,两组VAS、SAS及SDS评分较护理前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为4.4%,明显低于对照组的17.8%(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施预见性护理干预有利于减少术后并发症的发生,同时还可以缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高护理满意度,促进护患关系的和谐发展,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in nursing after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention. The scores of VAS, SAS and SDS, nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of VAS, SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%, which significantly lower than15.6% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention applied in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is beneficial to reduce postoperative complications. It can also alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, improve nursing satisfaction and promote the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship, which is worthy of clinical application.
