摘要
目的对妊娠期糖尿病患者胎儿发育的超声检测情况进行调查,并对结果进行分析。方法对超声检查104例妊娠女性(正常妊娠及糖尿病者妊娠各52例),比较胎儿肝脏长度﹑股骨长度﹑头围﹑双顶径以及腹围。结果两组胎儿第一阶段肝脏长度﹑股骨长度﹑头围﹑双顶径以及腹围不具备统计学意义,P>0.05。糖尿病患者的胎儿第二阶段双顶径﹑肝脏长度﹑头围﹑股骨长度﹑腹围,与正常妊娠者有差异,P<0.05。前者有巨大儿11例(21.2%),后者巨大儿有2例(3.8%),两组比较有差异,P<0.05。结论糖尿病患者妊娠后期胎儿各项指标均高于正常胎儿,应及时予以干预。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonic examination of fetal development in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and analyze the results. Methods The ultrasonographic findings of 104 pregnant women in our hospital were investigated, including 52 normal pregnant women(control group) and 52 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(patient group). The fetal liver length, femur length, head circumference, double parietal diameter and abdominal circumference were compared in two groups. Results The length of liver, femur length, head circumference, double parietal diameter and abdominal circumference of the fetals of two groups were not statistically significantly different in the first stage ( P> 0.05). However, in the second stage, compared with those of the control group, the double top diameter, the average liver length, the average head circumference, the average length of the femur, and the abdominal circumference of the patient group were statistically significant different ( P< 0.05). There were 11 cases of macrosomia in the patient group (21.2%), and 2 cases of the one in the control group (3.8%)( P< 0.05). Conclusion The results of ultrasound examination showed that all indicators of fetus in patient group were higher than those in control group at the later stage of pregnancy, which should be intervened in time.
