摘要
目的分析维生素E与锡类散对儿童口腔溃疡的疗效及对炎症因子、免疫水平的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2017年2月我院收治的儿童口腔溃疡82例,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患儿采用常规对症疗法联合锡类散治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合维生素E治疗,分析两组患儿治疗后疗效、炎症因子、免疫球蛋白水平变化情况。结果观察组患儿平均止痛时间(1.64±1.55)h和平均溃疡愈合时间(2.07±1.00)d均短于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后IL-2水平较治疗前上升,IL-8和CRP水平较治疗前下降,观察组患儿治疗后血清炎症因子水平均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组治疗前后免疫水平变化不明显(P均>0.05)。结论维生素E联合锡类散治疗儿童口腔溃疡可加快溃疡愈合,减轻患儿疼痛和炎症反应,对免疫功能影响较小。
Objective To analyze the effect of vitamin E and tin-like powder on oral ulcer in children and its effect on inflammatory factors and immune level. Methods Eighty-two children with oral ulcers admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to February 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The children in control group were treated with conventional symptomatic therapy combined with tin-like powder.The observation group was treated with vitamin E on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect and immunoglobulin level in the two groups were analyzed.Results The average analgesic time(1.64±1.55)h and mean ulcer healing time(2.07±1.00)d in observation group were shorter than those of control group,and the pain level was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-2 in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of IL-8 and CRP were lower than those before treatment.The serum levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin E combined with tin-like powder can accelerate the healing of ulcers and reduce the pain and inflammatory reaction in the treatment of oral ulcers in children.
