发动机防喘装置故障监控方案制定 被引量:1

摘要 民用航空飞机设计有防喘装置预防发动机喘振。防喘装置故障会导致发动机喘振裕度下降,可靠性降低。重要的防喘装置故障飞机须停场排故,导致可用率降低,非计划停场率增加。通过对喘振及防喘装置工作原理进行研究,对故障信息进行分类,分析产生原因,结合历史故障数据,总结排故方法,并应用于飞机故障监控系统中。实现在飞机运行过程中实时监控防喘装置故障,提前制定排故方案,调配所需资源,以缩短排故时间,提高运行效率。 Civil aviation aircraft is designed with anti-surge device to prevent engine surge. The anti-surge device fault will lead to the decrease of surge margin and reliability of engine. When the important anti-surge device fails, the aircraft has to stop for troubleshooting, which will lead to the decrease of the availability rate and the increase of the unplanned stopping rate. By studying the working principle of the surge and anti-surge device, the fault information is classified, the causes are analyzed, and the troubleshooting method is summarized based on the historical fault data, and it is applied to the aircraft fault monitoring system. In order to shorten the time of troubleshooting and improve the operation efficiency, it is necessary to monitor the failure of anti-surge device in real time during aircraft operation, formulate the troubleshooting plan in advance, and allocate the required resources.
