摘要
为了克服大学物理实验中落球法测液体黏度实验的诸多缺陷,对传统实验装置进行改进.引入了集成霍尔开关传感器、单片机等,改进后的实验仪对透明液体和非透明液体的黏度均可测量.试验数据表明,使用改进后的实验装置能大幅度提高实验的成功率和精确度,减小实验误差.同时提高实验材料的使用率,降低实验成本.
In order to overcome many defects in the experiment of measuring liquid viscosity by falling ball method in college physics experiments, the traditional experiment was improved by introducing the integrated Hall switch sensor and microcontroller. The improved device could measure the viscosity coefficient of transparent and non-transparent liquids. The data obtained by this instrument indicated that, the new device could greatly increase the success rate and accuracy of the experiment. At the same time, the utilization rate of experimental materials was increased, and the cost was cut down.
