摘要
目的对芒硝脐周外敷治疗肠梗阻的疗效进行系统评价。方法计算机检索PubMed、CochraneLibrary、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)和万方数据知识服务平台(WanFangData)等10个中英文数据库中芒硝脐周外敷治疗肠梗阻的随机对照试验,文献检索时限为各数据库建库至2018年4月。按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,对符合质量标准的随机对照研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇随机对照试验(RCT),合计771例受试者,Meta分析结果显示芒硝脐周外敷治疗肠梗阻的治愈率RR=1. 39,95%CI(1. 22,1. 58),P <0. 00001;自主排气时间MD=-11. 60,95%CI为(-15. 66,-7. 55),P <0. 00001;自主排便时间MD=-6. 00,95%CI为(-6. 63,-5. 37),P <0. 00001;住院时间MD=-2. 52,95%CI为(-3. 97,-1. 07),P=0. 0007。结论芒硝脐周外敷治疗肠梗阻有一定的疗效,可提高患者的睡眠质量。但由于试验方法学质量不高,故研究结果需谨慎对待,还须大样本、高质量的文献进一步证实其临床疗效。
Objective To systematicaly evaluate the effect of external application of mirabilite in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods Computer search PubMed\CochraneLibrary\CMB\China Knowledge Network Database,Wanfang Database and VIP Database and other 10 databases were used in the randomized controlled trials of external application of Glauber’s navel around the navel to treat intestinal obstruction. The time limit for literature search was to build the database until April 2018. The literature was extracted according to the inclusion exclusion criteria,and the data were extracted. Meta-analysis was performed on randomized controlled trials meeting the quality criteria. Results A total of 10 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included in a total of 771 subjects. The meta-analysis showed that the cure rate of intestinal obstruction treated with external application of the mirabilite around the navel was RR=1/39,95% CI (1.22,1.58),P< 0.00001 Self-exhaustion time MD=-11.60,95% CI (-15.66,-7.55),P< 0.00001;hospitalization time: MD=-2.52,95% CI (-3.97 ,-1.07),P= 0.0007 . Conclusion External application of mirabilite around the navel has a certain effect on the treatment of intestinal obstruction,which can improve the quality of sleep. However,due to the low quality of the test methodology,the results of the study need to be treated with caution,and large samples and high-quality literature are needed to further confirm its clinical efficacy.
